中国人民银行行长周小川接受中央电视台采访称:当前经济增长在7.5%左右,本身就是一个正常的水平。首先要看到大环境,国际经济不太好。经济基本还是比较平稳增长,我们能够达到这样的水平,还是很不容易的。中国经济增长内在动力还是很强的,不会出现这种所谓连续性下滑的方式。我们会找到一个平衡点,既保持经济较好的增长,同时结构又得到优化,给改革开放加大力度,留有操作的余地。
Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People’s Bank of China, told CCTV that the current economic growth of around 7.5% is itself a normal level. First of all, we must see the environment, the international economy is not very good. It is still not easy for us to achieve such a level of economy basically or relatively steady growth. The internal driving force of China’s economic growth is still very strong, and the so-called continuous decline will not occur. We will find a balance between maintaining good economic growth and optimizing the structure so that we will give greater efforts to reform and opening up and leave room for maneuver.
