首先基于沥青稳定基层变形特性的分析,提出较简单的单轴静态压缩蠕变试验能较好地完成其变形测试;然后选取典型路面结构参数,通过弹性层状体系分析程序BISAR3.0计算沥青稳定基层内部压应力的分布。结果表明:确定蠕变试验合理的加载应力中两个最重要的影响因素为面层厚度与轴载大小;然后再以Shell平均应力系数理论,分析不同面层厚度和轴载情况下沥青稳定基层的平均应力,确定出合理的蠕变试验应力水平值;最后通过室内蠕变试验的结果分析进行验证,表明对于沥青稳定基层材料进行的单轴蠕变试验采用0.1~0.5MPa的应力是合理的。
Firstly, based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of asphalt stabilized basement, a simpler uniaxial static compression creep test is proposed to accomplish the deformation test well. Then, the typical pavement structure parameters are selected and calculated by BISAR3.0 elastic layered system analysis program The distribution of compressive stress in grass roots. The results show that the two most important factors that determine the reasonable loading stress of creep test are the thickness of the surface layer and the size of the axle load. Then, based on Shell’s average stress coefficient theory, And determine the reasonable stress level of creep test. Finally, the result of indoor creep test is validated, which shows that it is reasonable to use the stress of 0.1-0.5 MPa for the uniaxial creep test of asphalt stabilized base material .
