今年是生活书店、读书出版社、新知书店华诞60周年。这三家书店在民主革命时期,处于十分险恶的政治环境中,在党的领导下,坚持革命出版方向,以大量优秀书刊宣传抗日,传播进步文化,宣传马克思主义和党在各个时期的主张,并以邹韬奋同志倡导的“竭诚为读者服务”为宗旨,赢得了广大读者的信任和爱戴,为我国现代出版史写下了光辉的一页。为纪念三家书店的诞生节日,本刊特邀当年从事该书店工作的老前辈撰述三篇回忆文章,读者可从某些鲜为人知的历史钩沉中,进一步了解我国老一辈出版家的工作精神和丰富经验,从中寻求为繁荣当代出版业可资思考的参照系。

To commemorate the birth of the three bookstores festivals, this magazine invited the predecessors engaged in the work of the bookstore year, wrote three memoirs, readers can learn from some little-known history of the poor, to learn more about the working spirit of the older generation of publishers And rich experience, from which to seek a reference frame for prospering the contemporary publishing industry.
