应用MARC/autoforge商用有限元程序,采用大变形弹塑性有限元方法对角钢的轧制过程进行了三维有限元热力耦合模拟.对模拟过程中涉及到的变形、温度场和宽展等进行了分析和探讨,重点分析了角钢异形孔中轧件的变形和应力分布.数值模拟的结果和现场实际轧制的情况进行了对比,结果证明数值模拟结果与实际轧制情况相符合.
The finite element method of MARC / autoforge was used to simulate the rolling process of angle steel with three-dimensional finite element method by using large deformation elasto-plastic finite element method. The deformation, temperature field and spread are involved in the simulation process. The deformation and stress distribution of the deformed bar in angle-shaped steel are analyzed emphatically. The results of numerical simulation are compared with the actual rolling conditions in the field. The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the actual rolling conditions.
