目的探讨安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠脑损伤的防治作用。方法采用30 mW/cm2的微波辐射110只雄性W istar大鼠,一周内辐射3次,10m in/次,并于照前一周至照后一周每天灌胃给予6和12 g/kg/d安多霖,连续给药3周。于辐射后6 h,停药后6 h,3 d,7 d,14 d和28 d,采用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力,光镜和电镜观察脑组织形态结构的变化。结果30 mW/cm2微波辐射后4 d内,大鼠的学习记忆能力降低(p<0.05);脑组织见水肿、神经元变性、坏死,并呈进行性加重;6 g/kg/d安多霖组大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织病理变化与微波辐射组相似;12 g/kg/d安多霖组大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织与正常对照组相似。结论30 mW/cm2微波辐射可引起学习和记忆能力的下降和脑组织结构损伤,12 g/kg/d安多霖对微波辐射损伤具有一定的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Andorolin on brain injury induced by microwave in rats. Methods A total of 110 male Wistar rats were irradiated with 30 mW / cm2 microwave for 3 times and 10 mins / week in a week, and 6 and 12 g / kg / d were orally administered one week before and one week after irradiation More Lin, continuous administration for 3 weeks. Morris water maze was used to detect the learning and memory abilities of rats 6 h, 3 d, 7 d, 14 d and 28 d after the irradiation, and the morphological changes of the brain were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results The learning and memory ability of rats was decreased (p <0.05) within 4 d after 30 mW / cm2 microwave irradiation. Edema, neuron degeneration and necrosis were observed in brain tissue. The learning and memory abilities of rats in Lin group and the pathological changes of brain tissue were similar to those in microwave irradiation group. The learning and memory abilities and the brain tissue of the rats in the experimental group were similar to those in the normal control group at 12 g / kg / d. Conclusion Microwave radiation at 30 mW / cm2 can decrease the learning and memory ability and damage the brain tissue. Androdamine 12 g / kg / d has some preventive and therapeutic effects on microwave radiation injury.
