我们应用红霉素加异丙嗪治疗急性毛细支气管炎36例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。 资料与结果 一、诊断标准 78例均为1992年3月～5月住院患儿。随机分为红霉素加异丙嗪治疗组(治疗组)36例和对照组42例。诊断标准参照1987年成都会议标准。分为普通型和重型。 二、一般资料 普通型:治疗组30例,对照组37例;重型:治疗组6例,对照组5例。治疗组男28例,女8例;对照组男32例,女,10例。年龄(月):
