我国中小企业的发展面临着日益激烈的外部竞争和自身发展的瓶颈,必须通过协同创新建立核心能力,实现附加价值的提高和利润的增加。本文以企业生命周期理论为基础,认为中小企业的发展经历初创期、成长期、成熟期、蜕变期四个阶段,在不同的阶段,企业有不同的创新需求和环境,可以采取不同的协同创新模式。分析中小企业在每个阶段的创新特点,本文认为初创期、成长期、成熟期可以采取的协同创新模式分别对应依附于大企业模式、中小企业联盟模式以及产学研模式。文章的最后为中小企业选择合适的协同创新模式提出了建议。
The development of SME in our country is facing the bottleneck of the increasingly fierce competition and self-development. It is necessary to establish the core competence through synergetic innovation so as to realize the increase of added value and the increase of profit. Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper argues that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has undergone four stages of initial stage, growth stage, maturity stage and transformation stage. At different stages, the enterprises have different innovation needs and environments and can adopt different co-innovation mode. After analyzing the innovation characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises at each stage, this paper argues that the synergetic innovation models that can be adopted during the initial stage, growth stage and maturity stage should be respectively attached to the large-scale enterprise mode, the small and medium-sized enterprise alliance mode, and the industry-university-research model. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions for SMEs to choose the appropriate collaborative innovation mode.
