氯醇化管道反应新工艺是环氧丙烷生产过程中关键步骤。该反应属气液非均相系统。但装有Kenics型静态混合构件的管道反应器用于气液系统还缺乏大量的基础数据。研究以N2-H2O作为实验系统,测定了不同工况下压降和氧含量,并应用一维拟均相模型求得了相应的摩擦系数和传质系数。
The new process of chloroalcoholic pipe reaction is a key step in the production of propylene oxide. The reaction is a gas-liquid heterogeneous system. However, pipeline reactors equipped with Kenics static mixing elements are also lacking large amounts of basic data for gas-liquid systems. The N2-H2O system was used as the experimental system to measure the pressure drop and the oxygen content under different conditions. The corresponding friction coefficient and mass transfer coefficient were obtained by one-dimensional quasi-homogeneous model.
