为了优化谷莠种子萌发、出苗的最适条件,研究解决谷田谷莠子严重为害的问题。采用正交试验和软件SPSS18.0的LSD法,以谷莠子出苗数目为考核指标,对谷莠子预处理、覆土深度、土壤温度、土壤含水量等影响因素进行比较试验。结果表明,4个实验因素对谷莠种子萌发特性均具有重要影响。明确了谷莠子出苗的最优方案:谷莠子预处理3天、覆土深度0.5cm、土壤温度32℃、土壤含水量15%。该研究的最适条件与谷子播后苗前遭遇中雨即受谷莠子严重为害的实际情况相符;避免于中雨之前播种谷子,就能有效防控谷莠子严重为害。
In order to optimize the optimum conditions for the germination and emergence of the grain, we studied and solved the problem of the serious damage to the grain and rice in the valley. Using orthogonal test and software SPSS18.0 LSD method, taking the germination rate of the germinated herbaceous peonies as test index, comparative experiments were made on the influencing factors of the pretreatment, the soil depth, the soil moisture content and so on. The results showed that the four experimental factors have an important influence on the germination characteristics of the seeds of. The optimal plan of germination of diabautia was clarified: the granule was pretreated for 3 days, the soil depth was 0.5cm, the soil temperature was 32 ℃, and the soil water content was 15%. The optimum conditions for this study were consistent with the actual situation that severe damage to the grain and herbivores occurred during the pre-emergence millet sowing after millet sowing. By avoiding the sowing of the millet before the moderate rain, the serious damage to the grains could be effectively controlled.
