文章通过“知情意行”模式设计调查指标,分析福建省农村初中物理骨干教师的教育科研现状,并将教育科研行为分为四个阶段:被动性阶段、自发性阶段、自觉性阶段、自动性阶段。根据调查结论对普遍停留在自发性阶段和自觉性阶段的农村初中物理骨干教师提出培养建议。
This article analyzes the status quo of education and scientific research of physics backbone teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas of Fujian Province through the “Informed intention” mode design and investigation indicators, and divides education and research activities into four stages: passive stage, spontaneous stage, conscious stage, automatic Sexual stage. According to the conclusion of the survey, suggestions are put forward to train teachers of rural junior middle school physics who generally stay in the stage of spontaneous and conscientious.
