By analyzing a typical catering service unit’s unauthorized modification of typical cases of catering services, this article details the key points and difficulties in handling the case and makes further considerations on how the Food Safety Law can be better implemented in the new era . Its ultimate goal is to improve the level of administrative enforcement of relevant departments to further promote the “Food Safety Law,” the good implementation of norms catering service market to ensure food safety and protect the people’s health and safety of life.
