十字头变形超差严重影响到十字头与导板的寿命,增加了钻井成本。传统力学方法难以对十字头受力后的变形及内部应力进行精确求解。通过有限元分析的手段可降低计算难度,并能较快、较准确地得到十字头的强度及位移分析结果,进而对十字头进行优化设计,节约产品研发中的人力及材料成本。采取降低十字头销压紧力、取消销垫片等措施,方便了泥浆泵的维护,减少了停钻时间,为保障顺利钻井、降低钻井成本发挥了重要作用。
Crosshead deformation tolerance seriously affect the life of the crosshead and guide plate, an increase of drilling costs. The traditional mechanics method is difficult to accurately calculate the deformation and internal stress of the crosshead. Finite element analysis can reduce the calculation difficulty, and can get the crosshead strength and displacement analysis results quickly and accurately, and then optimize the design of the crosshead to save labor and material cost in product development. Taking measures such as reducing the pressing force of the crosshead pin and canceling the pin shims, the maintenance of the mud pump is facilitated, the stoppage drilling time is reduced, playing an important role in ensuring smooth drilling and lowering the drilling cost.
