2014年是落实十八届三中全会关于全面深化改革任务的起步之年。形成科学的决策措施,对于把握好改革的机遇期至关重要。决定这一切的,是我们的认识和理念。首先,坚持切合中国实际的理论是推进市场化改革的前提。中国经济发展的主导理论建立在改革开放实践基础上。中国和西方国家处于不同发展阶段,既要借鉴西方经济理论的有益成分,又要结合中国经济发展的现实,形成和完善具有中国特色的经济理论。
The year 2014 marked the first year of implementation of the task of deepening the reform in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The formation of scientific decision-making measures is of crucial importance in grasping the opportunity for reform. It is our understanding and philosophy that determines all this. First of all, adhering to the theory of actual China is a prerequisite for promoting market-oriented reforms. The dominant theory of China’s economic development is based on the practice of reform and opening up. At different stages of development, China and western countries need to learn from the useful elements of Western economic theory and combine with the reality of China’s economic development to form and perfect economic theories with Chinese characteristics.
