11月9日至12日,中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第三次全体会议在北京召开。全会指出,到2020年,我国要在重要领域和关键环节改革上取得决定性成果。会议审议通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)。把公有制经济和非公有制经济放在一个平等的地位上,是这次《决定》的一大亮点。国家行政学院教授张春晓说:“这个提法,在改革的实践上又往前走了一步,意味着民企迎来了平等竞争时代。因为过去一直没有讲这么透彻,这次讲透了就不用再争论这个所有、那个所有了,我觉得更有利于经济的发展。”
