高校学生自杀事故时有发生,而学校在事故中应当承担什么责任,法律条文缺失应如何完善,一直是社会争论的焦点问题之一。而对于大学生自杀、自残责任划分一直以来没有法律条文予以界定。大多数人认为大学生自杀应该是个人行为,与学校无关,这种观点是狭隘的。通过对高校在学生自杀事故中应承担的责任研究,使高校、在校大学生及社会各界能够清晰认识到事故中责任的认定和划分。 College students suicides have occurred from time to time, and schools in the accident should bear what responsibility, how to improve the lack of legal provisions has been the focus of social debate one of the issues. As for college students suicide, self-mutilation has no legal division of responsibility to be defined. Most people think college students suicide should be a personal act, has nothing to do with the school, this view is narrow. Through the research on the responsibility of colleges and universities in students’ suicides, universities, college students and the community can clearly understand the recognition and division of responsibilities in accidents.
