正定县是河北省省会石家庄市的近郊县,全县总面积585平方公里,人口54.5万人,耕地53万亩。“七五”期间名列河北省“十强县”,1992年被省批准为“综合改革试验县”。这里靠近城市,交通方便。几年来,我们利用这一优势,成功的走出了一条发展城郊开放型经济的道路。去年底,全县国民生产总值增速达到52.6％,比历史上增速最快的1992年高出37.4个百分点;农民人均收入达到1000元,净增153元。回顾我们走过的路,体会颇深。
