文章根据安徽省泗县黄圩镇2012~2016年畜牧业统计报表,结合目前全镇畜牧业发展现状,对全镇畜牧业发展作出了“家禽业发展不稳、草食动物发展缓慢、生猪养殖大起大落”的趋势分析,指出了养殖户面临的难题、政府面临的压力、职能部门的困惑,并结合现状和存在问题,提出“推广循环生态农业,发展草食性动物,推进畜禽废弃物资源化利用,转观念提水平,加强技术指导和服务”的建议,指出了政府的主导作用、畜牧部门的职能作用和养殖企业的责任,为全镇畜牧业下一步发展提供参考。
