高职院校旅游专业的顶岗实习是一项重要的教学环节,其目的是让学生把所学的专业知识、专业技能直接运用到旅游服务的实际工作中去,并通过这一工学结合的最有效、最直接的途径,获得真实的职业体验,锻炼和提高其工作能力,达到从业的基本要求,最终实现顺利就业。本文以我院旅游英语专业2009级顶岗实习为例,对其实习情况进行了介绍,归纳总结出当中的经验和存在问题,最后就如何完善顶岗实习提出相应解决问题的思路和方法,旨在为本专业学生的顶岗实习提供有益探索。
