骆恒光,号翼之,浙江诸暨人。1964年9月考入浙江美术学院(现中国美术学院),毕业后从事美术、书法编辑工作。曾师从陆维钊教授研习古典诗文、书法和书论,并请益于余任天、诸乐三、沙孟海等前辈书画家。致力于书法创作和书论研究,出版有《骆恒光论书》、《行书法图说》、《王羲之圣教序及其笔法》等专著9种和《骆恒光行书墨迹》、《集句对联字帖》、《唐宋绝句行楷字帖》等字帖50余种。学画从王石谷、沈石田入手,广涉宋元名作,以书入画,重在写意。喜作格律诗,题画诗多为自作,力求诗、书、画、印融为一体。现为中国书法家协会会员、西泠印社社员、浙江教育出版社编审、中国美术学院客座教授、浙江省书法教育研究会副理事长、浙江省书法家协会顾问、中国硬笔书法家协会副主席。
