The shortage of liquidity in enterprises has seriously affected the normal operation of some enterprises’ production and operation, leaving many ways to solve this problem. I think the most practical and effective way at present is to explore ways and means for enterprises in light of actual conditions, improve internal strength, tap potential innovation and enhance the liquidity allocation. The promulgation and implementation of the “Negotiable Instruments Law” provides the legal basis and reliable guarantee for the use of commercial bills of exchange. How to enhance the management of commercial drafts so as to make good use of this part of the funds is already at our disposal.
