二氯乙酸盐可以通过抑制丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶、增加进入线粒体的丙酮酸流量、促进糖氧化,抑制肿瘤中的糖酵解。这种作用可以逆转功能紊乱的线粒体,使其恢复功能并促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。本文将对近年来二氯乙酸盐治疗肿瘤的机制研究进展做一综述。
Dichloroacetate can increase the pyruvate flow into the mitochondria by inhibiting pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase, promote carbohydrate oxidation and inhibit the glycolytic activity in the tumor. This action reverses dysfunctional mitochondria, restores function and promotes tumor cell apoptosis, thereby inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. This article will review the recent progress in the mechanism of dichloroacetate in the treatment of cancer.
