农村中小学生因搭乘农用机动车辆等造成的人身伤害时有发生,引起了全社会的高度关注。本刊特将绥宁县农机局、教育局、公安交警大队2006年3月3日联合以绥农机[2006]3号文印发的《关于加强中小学生道路交通安全管理的意见》全文刊发,供各地借鉴。
