ABO血型系统有多种亚型,例如A3、Ax、Am、Ae1,其与正常红细胞的区别不光在抗原位点数量上,也表现在抗原性质上。通常这种细胞与抗A、抗B血清反应较弱,有时不能形成肉眼可见的凝集,极易漏检或错检。AxB血型是ABO血型系统有多种亚型中的一种,每个红细胞其抗原位点密度为4 800个,在我国汉族人口的比率为几万分之一。现将我地区发现的1例无偿献血者AxB亚型鉴定
There are several subtypes of the ABO blood group system, such as A3, Ax, Am, and Ae1. Their differences from normal red blood cells are not only in the number of antigenic sites, but also in the nature of the antigen. Usually such cells and anti-A, anti-B serum response is weak, and sometimes can not form visible agglutination, easily missed or misdiagnosis. AxB blood type ABO blood group is one of many subtypes, each erythrocyte antigen site density of 4 800, in our Han population ratio of one in ten thousandth.
