本文系统地对国外有关上市公司困境实证研究的文献进行了评述。对这些文献的评述既有助于研究者对这一领域有一个概览性的了解 ,也可以为我国上市公司的利益相关者规避风险提供一些借鉴方法。
This article systematically reviews the literature on the empirical research on the plight of listed companies in foreign countries. The review of these documents will not only help researchers have an overview of this area, but also provide some reference for the stakeholders of listed companies to avoid risks.
