目的研究接骨胶囊对骨折愈合的治疗作用。方法将 32只家兔造成双侧桡骨中下段3mm缺损骨折模型 ,随机分成四组 :空白组自然饮食 ;接骨胶囊低剂量组和接骨胶囊高剂量组分别按0 45g/kg与 0 90g/kg体重口服接骨胶囊 ;对照组予伤科接骨片口服。观察接骨胶囊对骨折愈合的一般情况及生化学的影响。结果接骨胶囊低剂量组与空白对照组相比血清碱性磷酸酶含量增高 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,桡骨抗折力增强 (P <0 0 0 1) ,骨痂中钙浓度增加 (P <0 0 0 1) ,钙 /磷比值趋于合理 ,胶原含量增多 (P <0 0 1)。结论接骨胶囊具有一定的促进骨折愈合作用
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Jiegu Capsule on fracture healing. Methods 32 rabbits were treated with bilateral 3mm bone fractures in the middle and lower humerus. They were randomly divided into four groups: the blank group’s natural diet; the low dose group of Jiegu capsule and the high dose group of Jiegu capsule were weighed at 0 45 g/kg and 0 90 g/kg respectively. Oral bone capsules were taken orally; the control group was given oral bone chips. Observe the general conditions and biochemical effects of Jiegu Capsule on fracture healing. Results Compared with the blank control group, the content of serum alkaline phosphatase in the low-dose group of Jiegu capsule increased (P<0 05, P <0 01), and the tibial fracture resistance increased (P <0 01 01). Calcium concentration increased (P <0 0 01), calcium/phosphorus ratio tended to be reasonable, collagen content increased (P <0 01). Conclusion Jiegu capsule has a certain role in promoting fracture healing
