在介绍劳动合同解除的概念和基本特点基础上,指出我国劳动合同解除既存在损害劳动者利益的方面,又存在损害用人单位利益的方面,因此根据保密时间的长短给予劳动者经济补偿,使预告通知期多样化和增加劳动者预告解除劳动合同的违约责任。
On the basis of introduction of the concept and basic characteristics of the termination of labor contract, it is pointed out that in our country there is not only the aspect of damaging the interests of laborers but also the benefit of employing units, so the economic compensation for laborers is given according to the length of confidential time, Diversification notice period and increase the workers to notice the lifting of the contract of employment liability for breach of contract.
