和谐党群关系是油田企业长远发展的基础,直接关系到油田企业经济发展目标能否顺利实现,当前社会环境的不断变化引起人们世界观、价值观、职业观的骤变,这种变化使油田企业党群关系的发展面临新的挑战,笔者从当前油田企业内部党群关系存在的主要问题出发,对影响油田企业内部党群关系的主要因素以及解决对策进行了相关探讨。
The harmonious relationship between the party and the masses is the basis for the long-term development of oilfield enterprises. It is directly related to the smooth realization of the goal of oilfield enterprises’ economic development. The current changes in the social environment cause the sudden changes in world outlook, values and professionalism. The development of group relationship is facing new challenges. Based on the main problems existing in the relationship between the party and the masses in the current oilfield enterprises, the author discusses the main factors affecting the relationship between the party and the masses within the oilfield enterprises and their solutions.
