β-巯基乙醇(β-M)是一种重要的化工产品,是燃料和农药的重要中间体。研究了常压条件下β-M的合成工艺,采用环氧乙烷和硫化氢直接合成法,考察了反应物的配比、反应温度、空速、催化剂用量等对产品收率的影响。试验结果表明:β-M的适宜反应条件是环氧乙烷:硫化氢=1.4~1.6:1,反应温度30℃,空速55~70m3/m3·hr,催化剂用量为20mL。同时开发了一种巯基乙醇的精馏工艺,精馏后产品纯度可达99.99%,其纯度符合市场要求,且工艺简单可行。
Beta-mercaptoethanol (β-M) is an important chemical product and an important intermediate for fuels and pesticides. The synthesis of β-M under atmospheric pressure was studied. The direct synthesis of ethylene oxide and hydrogen sulfide was used to investigate the effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, space velocity and the amount of catalyst on the product yield. The experimental results showed that the suitable reaction conditions of β-M were ethylene oxide: hydrogen sulfide = 1.4-1.6: 1, reaction temperature 30 ℃, space velocity 55-70m3 / m3 · hr and catalyst dosage 20mL. At the same time developed a mercapto ethanol distillation process, the purity of products after distillation up to 99.99%, its purity in line with market requirements, and the process is simple and feasible.
