我国经济发展过程中存在的动力结构、产业结构、消费结构、分配结构等结构性失衡问题,需要通过加快转变经济发展方式来解决。转变经济发展方式是“十二五”时期经济发展的主线,是各级政府的攻坚任务和重大使命。为此,本文深入探讨经济发展方式“为什么要转、转什么和怎样转”的问题,探索加快转变经济发展方式的路径和突破口。
The structural imbalances such as the dynamic structure, industrial structure, consumption structure and distribution structure that exist in the process of economic development in our country need to be solved through accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode. Transforming the mode of economic development is the main line of economic development in the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the crucial task and mission of all levels of government. To this end, this article discusses in depth the mode of economic development “why should turn, what should turn and how to turn ”, explore ways and breakthroughs to speed up the transformation of economic development.
