本文通过对我国解放以来田径技术教学方法的历史回顾,提出了田径运动“完整技术动作简易化教学法”。实验证明,此教法较以往常用的田径技术教学法有更好的教学效果。
Based on the historical review of track and field technique teaching methods since the liberation of our country, this paper puts forward the track and field teaching method of “simple technique of complete technical action”. Experiments show that this teaching method has a better teaching effect than the traditional track and field technique teaching method.
