The economic consideration of Fielding’s novels is actually an ethical narrative based on realism. Fielding, by virtue of this ethical narrative, fully discusses selfishness and self-interest, and “justice” and “ ”Lee" and other controversial issues. It should be said that giving full consideration, but not overemphasizing the real material gains reported by the virtues, can not only correct people’s paranoia about property, but also evoke the sincere desire of readers of the 18th century for virtue cultivation. In fact, in considering people’s moral behavior, Fielding put the property issue in a prominent position mainly because of the need of reflecting the bourgeois morality. More specifically, Fielding believes that in the real world people can become effective boosters of noble virtue if they face the problem of property in a benevolent manner and serve their personal moral perfection. From this, it seems that although the filmed virtues of Fildeden’s ethics seem to be full of utilitarianism, ethics which is most concerned by him The problem goes hand in hand.
