我国进一步对外开放政策的重大步骤之一——兴办四个经济特区,开放十四个沿海大中城市,增设新的经济开放区的布署业已开展。有的地方已初见成效,为建设有中国特色的社会主义提供了新的经验。在发展沿海大中城市经济及文化的建设中,工业布局是战略性的布署,它决定着城市的性质与规模,是形成和发展城市的重要因素之一,通常也是城市发展的基础。本文就沿海工业区规划及工业建设方面的问题提出几点看法,以期与同行们商榷。
One of the major steps in our country’s further opening-up policy is the establishment of four special economic zones, the opening of 14 large and medium-sized coastal cities, and the deployment of new economic open zones. Some places have already achieved initial results and provided new experiences for building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the development of economic and cultural development of large and medium-sized coastal cities, the industrial layout is a strategic deployment, which determines the nature and scale of the city. It is one of the important factors for the formation and development of cities, and is usually the basis for urban development. This article puts forward some opinions on the issues of planning and industrial construction of coastal industrial parks in order to discuss with their counterparts.
