经济社会逐渐发展促使社会对人才要求越来越高,高职教育飞速发展,高职院校学生数量逐渐增加,这就使得高职院校基建维修工作越来越重要,不仅需要增加经济投入,还需要提升维修管理工作水平。本文对高职院校基建维修存在的问题作了分析,提出了高职院校基建维修管理对策,为提升高职院校基建维修质量以及效益打下良好的基础。
