本文运用聚己内酰胺、葡聚糖凝胶ＬＨ—２０柱色谱技术和波谱分析手段，从旱柳嫩叶乙醇浸膏的正丁醇萃取组分中，分离鉴定出了异鼠李素３Ｏβ芸香糖甙和咖啡酸。此两个化合物在旱柳中为首次发现。 In this paper, isobarbitol  3O was isolated and identified from the n-butanol extraction fractions of ethanol extracts of S. matsudana by using polycaprolactam, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and spectral analysis. Beta-rutose and caffeic acid. The two compounds were first discovered in S. matsudana.
