坤泰胶囊联合达英-35治疗多囊性卵巢综合征的临床研究

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对内分泌指标的影响。方法选取多囊卵巢综合征患者78例,按随机数表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组实施达英-35治疗,观察组采用坤泰胶囊联合达英-35治疗,比较两组治疗前及治疗4周结束时内分泌指标[睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、瘦素、LH/FSH比值,性激素结合蛋白(SHBG)]水平及疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组T、E2、FSH、LH、瘦素、LH/FSH水平明显降低,SHBG水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FSH、瘦素水平较对照组明显降低,SHBG水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(94.87%)较对照组(74.36%)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征可提高治疗效果,改善内分泌水平。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Kuntai capsule combined with Da-Ying-35 on polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on endocrine index. Methods 78 patients with PCOS were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Dayang-35. The observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined with Da-Ying-35. The endocrine indexes of testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), follicle stimulation (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), leptin, LH / FSH ratio, sex hormone binding protein (SHBG)] and efficacy. Results Compared with those before treatment, the levels of T, E2, FSH, LH, LH, FSH and FSH in the observation group decreased significantly and SHBG level increased significantly after treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group (P <0.05). The total effective rate (94.87%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.36%), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05) Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Kun Tai Capsules combined with Ying-35 treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the therapeutic effect and improve the level of endocrine.
