近年来,我国汽车产量和销量都有重大突破,此后我国汽车业进入了高速发展阶段,俗称“汽车井喷”时代。随着汽车增长速度过快,导致供大于求,大部分汽车厂家纷纷借鉴国外优秀的销售经验,在我国各大中型城市建立汽车4S品牌专卖店,使汽车服务市场充满了更多的激情与活力元素。但是这支队伍的汽车销售情况如何,品牌形象及服务质量的好与坏,大多数人还不是很了解的,这也是我国汽车消费者或潜在消费者一直所关心的问题。
In recent years, China’s automobile production and sales have a major breakthrough, since then China’s auto industry has entered a phase of rapid development, commonly known as “blowout ” era. With the rapid growth of vehicles, resulting in oversupply, most car manufacturers have learned from foreign excellent sales experience in major cities in China set up car 4S brand stores, the auto service market is full of more passion and vitality element. However, the team’s car sales situation, brand image and quality of service is good or bad, most people are still not very understanding, which is our car consumers or potential consumers has always been concerned about the issue.
