全面预算管理以其自身的优点获得了诸多企业管理者的青睐,因此成为了企业实施内部控制的重要管理工具之一,但是应该看到传统的全面预算管理因为没有IT系统的有效支持,其效果也因此大打折扣。而ERP软件的应运而生重新使企业全面预算管理获得了生机,本文通过阐述ERP沙盘前提下企业开展预算管理的可行性,着重分析了ERP沙盘在提升企业全面预算管理水平中的作用,以期为提升企业全面预算管理水平做出有益探索。
