近年来,“楼宇经济”成为大都市中心城区经济发展的亮点,对城区经济增长的贡献率逐年增大,以上海楼宇比较集中的静安区为例, 2002年税收超亿元的商务楼仅1 幢,2003年2幢,2004年6幢,2005 年达到11幢。2005年底,排名前3 位的恒隆广场、中华企业大厦、中信泰富广场税收分别达到5.6亿、 4.3亿和3.5亿。当年12月,在静安区7.62平方公里的土地上,50幢重点楼宇产生的税收达到35亿元, 占全区总税收的52.6%(《解放日报》2006年2月9日)。
