According to the author's consulting experience and the successful practice of the consulting firm, this paper presents a method to solve the common production planning conflict problem in the assembly-production enterprises.Enterprise production decision-making system should implement the management idea of supply chain and compile dynamic superimposed MRP optimizes the entire process (accepting orders (or forecasting market demand) - design - release of production (sourcing) plans - shop floor jobs - final assembly - rendezvous customers) to respond quickly to customers Need to form a strong business operations management capabilities according to market demand.According to the author's consulting experience and consulting firm's successful practice, this paper presents a systematic solution to production assembly enterprises common production planning conflict problem method.
