保险利益原则是保险法的根本原则之一,我国现行《保险法》对人身保险保险利益主体范围进行了修订与完善,较原《保险法》有了很大进步,但规定范围仍然过窄,本文对相关问题进行探讨,提出自己的见解并对我国《保险法》相关条款提出修改建议。 The principle of insurance interest is one of the basic principles of insurance law. The current “Insurance Law” of our country has revised and perfected the scope of the main body of the insurance of personal insurance, which has made great progress compared with the original “Insurance Law”, but the scope of the regulation is still too narrow.
