高等职业教育是以能力为本位的教育,课程建设是实现高职人才培养目标的有效保障。本文以高职室内艺术设计专业为例,以课程建设为线索,分析了室内设计专业定位、岗位设置和职业特征,探讨了“职业能力递进”的内涵和人才培养的渐进发展模式,提出了构建“职业能力递进”的“单元式”课程体系和课程教学改革。
Higher vocational education is ability-based education, and curriculum construction is an effective guarantee for achieving the goal of higher vocational personnel training. Taking the example of interior art design in higher vocational colleges as an example, taking the construction of courses as a clue, this paper analyzes the interior design professional orientation, job setting and occupational characteristics, probes into the connotation of “professional ability progressive ” and the gradual development mode of personnel training, Put forward the “unitary ” curriculum system and curriculum teaching reform of constructing “vocational ability progress ”.
