“从案到人”和“从人到案”是两种最基本的侦查模式“从案到人”的侦查模式,是指刑事侦查人员从客观显现的犯罪事实出发,依照有关法律规定立案,从犯罪现场入手,运用各种侦查措施,获取证据、抓获并证明实施犯罪事实的嫌疑人的侦查活动方式。“从人到案”的侦查模式,是指刑事侦查人员对发现的有违法犯罪嫌疑的人员,依照有关法律规定,对嫌疑人运用各种侦查措施,获取证据、抓获嫌疑人并证明其实施某种犯罪事实的侦查活动方式。两种侦查模式的相同点 1.目的相同:都是依据有关法律法规,运用各种侦查措施开展侦查活动以发现犯罪、证明犯罪、打击犯罪。
