Abstract Objective To provide recommendations for establishing standardized guidelines for the diagnosis, classification of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) indications, patient preparation, sequence acquisition, interpretation and reporting. Methods include review articles from 1993 to 2013 and related protocols for MRI expert consensus elaborated by the ESUR and ESGAR Pelvic Imaging Working Group comprising one Egyptian and seven European institutions. Data collection and analysis was obtained in 5 consecutive steps. Rate 82 items for further analysis and ranking. At least 80% agreed to think it was a consistent discovery. result
