基于旋压和引伸复合成型原理,设计了大长径比回转件精密成型装置,应用有限元分析方法,数值模拟了非均匀壁厚工件成型的工艺过程,重点分析了金属变形区的等效应力和等效应变的变化情况,结果表明,旋压引伸复合成型工艺合理,成型装置设计可行,具有一定的推广价值。
Based on the principle of spinning and drawing, the precision shaping device with large aspect ratio slewing element was designed. The finite element method was used to simulate the forming process of non-uniform wall thickness workpiece. The stress of metal deformation zone was analyzed emphatically And the change of equivalent strain. The results show that the technology of spinning and extruding composite molding is reasonable and the design of forming device is feasible, which has certain promotion value.
