高中新教师入职工作适应问题影响着教师自身的专业发展性及从业持久性,本论文采用了文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法选取了以Q市三所中学的本科学历教师进行调查,调查结果表明,新入职的教师在入职工作适应方面存在不能够高效地完成教学工作内容、班级管理效果不佳秩序混乱、人际关系处理不当、工作压力大、对职业不认同等问题。最后,通过结合国内外研究现状,提出一些解决普通高中教育新教师入职工作适应的建议,为入职新教师提供参考与借鉴。
The adaptability of the entry of new teachers in high school affects the teachers’ professional development and persistence. This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire and interviews to select the undergraduate degree teachers from three middle schools in Q City to investigate and investigate The results show that the newly recruited teachers have some problems such as not being able to complete the content of teaching work efficiently, disorderly and disorderly management of classes, improper handling of interpersonal relationships, stressful work, and disagreement with occupations. Finally, by combining the research status at home and abroad, some suggestions to solve the problem of adapting the new teachers to ordinary high school education are put forward, which can provide reference and reference for new teachers.
