新时期音乐教学对教师素质的要求是综合的,没有科学的世界观、价值观,就不能正确把握中学音乐教学的方向;没有精湛的专业技能和教学艺术就不能使学生积极主动地参与音乐教学活动;没有一种“人文精神”、“人文关怀”在中学音乐教学中的体现就不能真正实现“促进个性的和谐发展,培养合作意识、集体主义精神和乐观向上的生活态度”等目的,这就使我们不得不在教师个人素质提高方面进行思考。
The requirement of music teaching in the new era for teachers’ quality is comprehensive. Without the scientific world outlook and values, the direction of music teaching in middle school can not be correctly grasped. Without exquisite professional skills and teaching art, students can not actively participate in music teaching activities. There is no such thing as “humanistic spirit” or “humane concern” in the middle school music teaching can not be truly realized. “Promote the harmonious development of individuality and cultivate the attitude of cooperation, collectivism and optimism” And so on, which makes us have to think about the improvement of teachers’ personal qualities.
