8月30日,俄罗斯总统普京在会见来访的德国总理施罗德时指出,俄今年头5个月的经济增长率为7.3%,工业生产增长了7%,固定资产投资增长了12.4%。施罗德认为,“正是普京总统奉行的改革政策使俄罗斯出现了经济和政治的稳定”。事实也的确如此。
