在校大学生犯罪率逐年上升,学校管理方面、法制教育、心理健康教育方面的缺失为滋生大学生违法犯罪提供了土壤和催化剂。学校是大学生学习、生活的日常场合。其制度的建立健全,影响与决定着整个学校的学习氛围与正常教学秩序。学校管理制度的完善是减少犯罪的有利措施。
The crime rate of college students increases year by year. The lack of school education, legal education and mental health education provide the soil and catalyst for breaching college students’ crimes. The school is a daily occasion for college students to study and live. The establishment and improvement of its system, affecting and determining the entire school learning atmosphere and normal teaching order. The improvement of school management system is a favorable measure to reduce crime.
