在对风冷热泵冷热水机组除霜过程内部状态变化进行定性分析的基础上 ,建立了机组除霜过程动态仿真的数学模型 ,采用质量引导法对数学模型进行求解 ,仿真计算结果与实验值的对比表明 :风冷热泵冷热水机组除霜过程的动态仿真反映了机组除霜过程的变化趋势 ,为利用建立数学模型进行理论分析并与实验相结合的方法深入研究机组的除霜过程 ,掌握机组除霜过程中各主要部件的性能变化 ,改进机组除霜性能 ,提高机组在冬季的工作特性与可靠性打下了基础
Based on the qualitative analysis of the internal state changes during the defrosting process of the air-cooled heat pump chillers, the mathematical model of the dynamic simulation of the defrosting process of the aircrew was established. The mathematical guidance was used to solve the mathematical model. The simulation results were compared with the experimental values The comparison shows that the dynamic simulation of the defrosting process of the air-cooled heat pump water chiller unit reflects the trend of the defrosting process of the unit.
