采用四因素三水平L9(34)正交设计法 ,就稚鳖饵料的适宜蛋白源、生长促进剂、饵料适宜脂肪含量和钙磷比例进行了研究。结果表明 ,蛋白源及生长促进剂对日增重的影响较大 ;饵料系数受饵料脂肪含量的影响最大 ,稚鳖饵料的适宜脂肪含量为 9 0 % ,适宜钙磷比为 1 78∶1～ 2 36∶1。
The four factors and three levels of orthogonal design L9 (34) were used to study the suitable protein sources, growth promoters, appropriate fat content and Ca / P ratio of juvenile turtle food. The results showed that protein sources and growth promoters had a great effect on daily gain. Feed efficiency was the most affected by dietary fat content. The suitable fat content of juvenile soft-shelled turtle diet was 90% 2 36: 1.
